"After much research, both the positive reviews and competitive pricing of DMV firmed up our decision to go with them. We were extremely satisfied with every step of the process. This was our first remodel so we had many questions. We worked with Rolando-he was the project manager. He was extremely responsive before, during, and after the project. He gave us honest opinions and was very accurate in quoting time and cost involved. Our project took about 2 weeks (in total) and the folks who came to do the work were on time, professional & able to answer questions. Someone came almost everyday to check on the progress of the work being done and they were always ready to answer questions we had or find out quickly if they didn't know the answer. After the work was complete, Rolando came to test everything and ensure our satisfaction. We had a couple of changes to make & he quickly scheduled for someone to come out and address them. "We hired Steve Everett of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen for two remodeling projects in 2012 and another in 2016. We happily award them an A rating. The first time we hired Steve Everett we asked him to remodel our master bathroom, a remnant of the late 1970s. Steve worked with us every step of the way. After carefully measuring the space available, he offered a number of options for how our bathroom might be renovated. Once we decided on the bathroom’s new configuration, styles and colors, Steve and his competent crew went to work. They immediately impressed us by employing large screens and tarps to protect our adjoining rooms and furniture. They took great care to keep dust and disruption to a minimum. "My kitchen faucet developed a major leak. I bought a new faucet via Amazon thinking I can always return it if needed. The service I received from Beacon was efficient and pleasant from start to finish. Lots of places promise to call when the service provider is en route and Beacon fully lived up to this promise. Our plumber Cesar from Beacon was courteous, helpful especially in answering all my questions, talking me through options, diagnosing another plumbing issue in my home, and replacing the faucet using the one I’d purchased in advance.
