I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. "It went very well. Only a small hole was dug down near water meter; then, modernizing tubing was inserted through old broken line. He even helped wake next door neighbor who works night shift to ask him to move car to allow contractor to use large "awl like " machine in front of our home. He also contacted water company who replaced 20+ year old meter with most current one. He gave full instructions on hot water heater he also replaced. Finally, the one hole- thank goodness my whole small lawn was not torn up to locate hole in waterline, a perk of the process used-- was filled in and grass seed put down along with hay to keep seed in place. The company was selected from 3 others due to references, the professionalism of their representative, as well as their ability to get work done the NEXT day."

No longer do we need to travel to have lovely and luxurious fittings around us. We received good advice on locating suppliers for all our components and were able to benefit from the relationships CCR has in the home improvement community.
