He excelled in those areas as well as he listened very carefully to and answered all of my questions. I also could not be happier by the skilled craftsmen led by Mr. Ever who executed all the designs and concepts leading to desirable outcomes. Throughout the process, GBC always came up with solutions to possible issues. I really did not have to worry about having the contractor mess up the job. I have now fully renovated, updated, aesthetically pleasing, and modern bathrooms suitable for 21st century. I will entrust GBC again with my kitchen project in the future. Thank you, GBC!!"

I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

"It went very well. Only a small hole was dug down near water meter; then, modernizing tubing was inserted through old broken line. He even helped wake next door neighbor who works night shift to ask him to move car to allow contractor to use large "awl like " machine in front of our home. He also contacted water company who replaced 20+ year old meter with most current one. He gave full instructions on hot water heater he also replaced. Finally, the one hole- thank goodness my whole small lawn was not torn up to locate hole in waterline, a perk of the process used-- was filled in and grass seed put down along with hay to keep seed in place. The company was selected from 3 others due to references, the professionalism of their representative, as well as their ability to get work done the NEXT day."
