I had put off re-modeling my bathrooms for several years, because the experience was overwhelming, and I was worried about the cost. After meeting Gary Golman, owner of REO Service Pro, I was ready to start the work.

Gary took me to several stores and helped me choose the colors, style, and materials that I wanted to use.  He also gave me ideas about what I wanted to include in each bathroom such as a  shower panel with varying sprays and natural stone tiles for the floor and walls in the colors I liked.
 
He made the process easier by encouraging me to select some of the fixtures and accessories on line and picking them up for me or having the stores deliver them to my home. In addition, Gary passed on his contractor's discount to me so I could purchase higher quality materials for less.

Gary was very clever at adapting things that didn't exactly fit  such as my bathroom mirror, and my vanity by adding strips of wood around the edges and fitting it to the space. Gary installed the water pipes under the sink so that they would not interfere with my storage space. 

 He  suggested the best brands of toilets and lighting fixtures to keep the projects looking good at the lowest price.  He took a lot of time selecting the materials and rejected anything that did not look good or work the way it should. 

The results in both of my bathrooms were fantastic! I am very happy with the work, I look forward to enjoying my new bathrooms for as long as I can and expect  to get  more out of  my investment  when I sell the house.
 
In addition to the bathroom updates, Gary's assistant, Franz, painted my kitchen and all my bedrooms and installed new blinds on the windows.  I am delighted with all the results and have already recommended REO Service Pro to family and friends.

"Our 2.5 ton upstairs A/C was leaking coolant, so we opted to replace it. Since downstairs unit is a Carrier, we picked Pope's to bid for the job, as they were listed by Carrier, had good marks on Angie's list, and were locally owned. Pope's Air responded the same day we called, and Tim Stewart came in the afternoon, and spent over an hour describing our options and costs. We received a competitive bid, and selected Pope's Air for the work. Our previous supplier had replaced our downstairs unit a couple of years back, and had put in a unit which stressed our ductwork, causing a whistle when loaded. Pope's Air volunteered to have a look at that problem, too, included at no charge. Pope's Air scheduled and came on time the following week. It took a day to do the work, and the installers were clean and professional. They came up with an inexpensive fix in the cold air return ducting, and implemented it. No more whistle. In the upstairs unit, they discovered some crushed ductwork which our previous supplier had ignored and replaced about 20' of ducts, all for a very reasonable upcharge. The A/C works fine, w/ a better airflow, and they will return for an inspection once the weather warms enough to exercise the unit. We plan to use Pope's Air for all of our Heating and A/C needs in the future. Highly recommended."

"I found this company on Angi and used them to have two satellite dishes removed from our roof. The estimate was provided up front and was reasonable. They came within a few days of initial contact. The repairman (Melvin Bonilla) that came was punctual and professional. After removing the satellite dishes, he conducted a full inspection of our roof. He showed me pics of areas of concern. I subsequently purchased a “roof tune-up” on Groupon from this company and had him out again a week later to fix the issues he previously found. All in all a great experience and I will use again when needed."

"I originally called Stoneberger Garage Doors after the spring on one of our doors broke while closing.  I called them late morning and they said the owner was going to be in my area that afternoon and that he could stop by and check things out.  I met Brian around 3:00pm that afternoon and mentioned that we would probably just replace both of the doors at this point with insulated ones.  Our previous doors were about 10 years old and were the thin sheet metal ones provided by the builder.  Brian took down all of my information, talked about what our options were and said he could have a quote to us with a couple of options that evening or the following morning.  In addition, he replaced the broken spring at no cost since we were serious about replacing the door.  He didn't want us to have to lift the door without the spring for a week while we waited to get the new doors installed.  Honestly it was him providing the spring for us that really put me over the top with using Stoneberger.  At that point I didn't even consider calling someone else.  As promised we received a quote that evening and we made a decision on what options we wanted that afternoon and scheduled the work.  The work was done over the course of 5-6 hours and was done professionally and they cleaned up after themselves.  Now we just have to wait to see how much of a difference the insulated doors make with our garage temperatures this winter.

"Blessed Bro’s team did a fantastic job. They were professional, fast with communication and estimates, and prices for services was fair. The house and gutters were pretty filthy and dingy. The team looked to be industrially equipped to tackle the jobs and seemed to be trained, experienced professionals. House was spotless afterwards. Even nooks and crannies. "I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for the quality of their work, the high level of workmanship, and the skill and experience of their crew. My house is a 45-year-old 2-story colonial with a single car garage. The existing soffits, facia, and frieze were made of wood, and I contracted Sunshine to install over 100 feet of ventilated or solid vinyl soffit material and cap all fascia boards and frieze boards with aluminum. The required work also included the replacement of brick molding and jambs around the garage bay door with new boards and moldings made of cellular PVC, and paint to match the soffits and fascia. The cost was extremely reasonable and very competitive with cost estimates from other contractors. The crew worked to complete the job in one day. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and left everything clean and put back in order. The outside of our house is now essentially maintenance free. I plan to use Sunshine for future trim and window projects around the house."

It was a bit complicated as it was necessary to take the refrigerator outside then back inside to the other side of the garage.  It was something we weren't able to do on our own so this seemed like a good option.  We had a short timeline so it was good that we could get help in quickly with no fuss!

They were a bit late due to traffic but contacted us via phone so there was no problem.

This was not a challenging job but something that we needed to get done so we happy with the service.
