"It finally came time for us to replace two old wooden garage doors. First I did some research on garage doors in general. Lots of info on the Internet. Then I did extensive research on quality garage door contractors in my area. Used Yelp and other sources. Came up with a list of five quality candidates and sent details to each for bids. Eliminated 3 in relatively short order for various reasons. Came down to two candidates for the same two door options (either a Clopay or a CHI) -- Academy and another contractor. I focused on all decisioning points -- service, price, features, warranty, etc. Both were very close on price so that was not a discriminating factor. However, all the other factors came out very much in favor of Academy. Our sales contact, Dave McLaughlin was superb. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. The two managers at HQ -- John and Alan -- also very professional and responsive. So I did the order with Academy and selected the Clopay doors. Doors arrived in the time period they said. Scheduled the install. Jim and Coach (two HUGE guys!) showed up and did the install. They were even able to deal with the fact that my floor was off level just a shade. Made the doors fit well. Thanks guys! So far so good! Love the new doors! SO much better than the old ones in every way. Now I have to fix up my house b/c the garage doors are now the best part!"

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."

"The teams are professional and respectful of our home and do a nice job of cleaning on a weekly basis. If I need to postpone or reschedule a service, it is not an issue. I also feel that the teams are honest. I had lost an expensive and sentimentally valuable watch and had resigned myself to the fact that I would likely never find it. "We hired Two Marines Moving and could not have been more pleased with them! They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and they lived up to the high standards they advertised. Moreover, the price was very fair for the amount of time they were there. I really appreciated that they called a few days before the move to confirm the details and see if we needed any additional labor or packing supplies. I was most impressed in that they were more than capable of moving our large, upright piano for a reasonable price. Other moving companies refused to move it, but TMM moved it with such careful precision that we didn't even need to spend money hire a piano tuner after the move (and if you own a piano, you know how crucial this is!). TMM also moved a massive queen-sized wooden futon with a matching futon-style chair - they carefully took both pieces apart but what was most impressive is that they it all back together again absolutely perfectly. In addition to moving these extremely large pieces, they also carefully moved a Nordic elliptical and multiple expensive, heavy pieces with zero damage. What really stood out to me, though, was that after they were off the clock, they took the time to speak to my elderly Marine father about life in the military. I think the majority of the people they hire is military, and we were fortunate enough that our entire crew was military. It was quite evident that the crew understood the importance of customer service, as they treated my dad and my property with the upmost respect. I've had other moves in Florida where crews have left packing supplies and food behind, but the TMM crew was so clean and tidy! I've recommended them to multiple friends, and no one I know has had any issues. I'm not looking forward to moving again, but when I do, I look forward to hiring them again!"

"I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received from the guys at Family Movers and I was pleased. I had previously planned to book this company for my move when I found out that there was possibility that I may have been moving due to job relocation however I was not sure of the dates. When I called and spoke with David Brown, I only had two weeks to move a 3br SFH with garage and a basement and yard full of toys! David last minute was able to accommodate me and get my house packed, loaded and into the truck. My children were more pleased than I was being so there was no toy left behind. Not to mention he was able to give the house a move out cleaning. Everyone was very understanding and patient with me as though I was not sure of which pieces I was selling and which pieces that I was keeping. While in the middle of my home move process I was having a yard sale. He was very helpful they all treated me as if I was Family he wrapped every piece of my furniture even things that was not that important he still wrapped and protected them. They did a excellent job packing the truck everything survived the ride to the new location over 300 miles safely undamaged. Mr. Brown made it so that my move was so smooth that the only thing I needed to do was go home and decorate. The guys unloaded the truck put every item in the rooms that I wanted them in unpack the kitchen and the living room boxes. Every step of the way I had help and wasn't as nervous as I have been or previous moves. I really appreciate the time and dedication that Mr. Brown and his crew gave me because that's rare to find someone who's not only doing this just to get a income but because they enjoy doing it and like helping other people I don't know what I would've done without Family Movers and preferably Mr. David Brown I wiould most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else that's in ever need of a packer, mover, driver or house cleaning service!"

"Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. I was impressed with how quickly they loaded the truck, and was even more impressed with the care and time they took at unloading and putting everything exactly where I wanted it. I was able to unpack as they unloaded, and they even carried away the empty boxes and discarded wrapping paper so I didn't have to worry about it. My only complaint in the whole experience is related to the packing. The packing crew did not finish the job (they left a sideboard full of china unpacked). The moving crew didn't skip a beat, though, they brought up boxes and wrapping paper and took care of it. Also, the packing crew "wrapped" breakables from my master bathroom in clean clothing out of my closet, which I thought was unacceptable."
