Did a good job and arrived on time

Greuly, the owner, is very courteous and concerned about doing a great job. She came the first day with her two cleaners and gave them concise instructions on what to do throughout my home. Rosa and Carol were awesome in the quality of their cleaning. I'm looking forward to their return of every two weeks keeping my home spotless.

I wrote a somewhat negative review previously, and wish to say that this is a fine service, the housecleaning was excellent, the cleaners courteous, and my only negative opinion is that it seems expensive to me (though it may be in line with current prices) and trying to communicate was awkward. But these gals can clean!

These two women clean nicely, but they they are here, quite noisily, and they are very noisy in their cleaning as well. It makes me want to leave the house while they are here. I had to communicate by signs and pointing because their English is not proficient. This is not a very flexible cleaning service, and I ended up paying a lot for just one floor, and the other two floors require extra payment if I ever want them done. I prefer someone who will work by the hour instead of by the job, since I might want to change "the job" occasionally.

A little late arriving--but our house is difficult to find and the service kept me informed. Seemed to run out of time so den wasn't done as thoroughly as the rest of the house. The ladies were very nice and worked constantly.
