Reliable House Cleaning

I was moving to Germany so I needed my apartment cleaned. I have used Home Advisor before so I looked up the service I needed and found Reliable. Ana contacted me right away and I told her what I needed. She gave me a quote and we set up the date. Ana and her team arrived promptly at the time she gave me. She went right to work. I left so I wouldn't be in the way. I came back and my apartment didn't look like it was mine. Ana and her team made it look beautiful I couldn't have asked for more. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I promise if you need cleaning she's the one you need to contact! You won't be disappointed.

Ana and her team were punctual, they arrived with their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They worked as a team throughout our townhouse in great detail and efficiently. This was my first cleaning and I plan to schedule one with her on a monthly basis moving forward. I am super OCD and serious about good customer service, if you can meet that challenge then your the cleaning company for me. Ana is genuine and takes pride in what she does and you can hear it when you first schedule an appointment with her. She just has a good vibe and that is important when someone is in your home taking care of all your precious and personal items. She ensured to ask for my feedback at the end and allowed me to look over my whole house before she left. I would recommend her to anyone, most especially if your in Stafford County.

I was so overwhelmed at the move out condition my rental home was left in by tenants. She completely took all my worry away. The amount of minute detail she accomplished was astonishing. It looks like a brand new again. Even my OCD friend would have "slept on the floors" after she was done. I was charged extra due to the extra hours the crew worked but there was no way she could have known there would be a 13g garbage bag of "vent register treasures" based on the initial walk through estimate. She also degreased all the kitchen cabinets and recessed lighting fixtures. EVERY nook and cranny is clean AND sanitized.

Ana and her company did a fantastic job. My wife is going to hire Ana to clean our home on a regular basis. This lady and her company are the "real deal"!

I have used Maid Pro and Molly Maid but when I meet and seen Anna's work I would never use Maid Pro or Molly Maid again.. Anna and her staff were awesome and they are very affordable... I have hired her and her team to clean my house monthly... I love them and they are the BEST....

Anna, was very professional I am extremely pleased with their services. I had given them a challenge and they took care of every issue, and when I thought the job cost would increase because of it; Anna honored her initial quote without hesitation. This was supposed to be a one time job, but I am going to work it in monthly. I will also be hiring them to do steam cleaning to my carpets.

Only use this service if you need 2-3 items cleaned...not the whole interior of the home. They seem to only handle very small jobs.

I hired Reliable to clean the house of a family member who has been sick for some time. The house was very cluttered, dusty and dirty -- a great challenge. Reliable did a fantastic job of transforming the house -- especially the baths, kitchen and floors. Ana is graceful and professional, easy to talk to and work with. She was very flexible about time and did the job on short notice. I would hire Reliable again in a heartbeat.
