Wonderful.

BNW exceeded our expectations. Once construction began in late February, the job was finished within six weeks! Their craftsmanship is excellent; their responsiveness to questions/changes, etc. was quick, and the completed project is absolutely beautiful. They also replaced our old sliding glass door with a beautiful maintenance-free one. I would definitely use them again.

They have done gutter guards, windows, doors and a full kitchen renovation. All with high quality and on time completion.

BNW builders replaced windows across the whole back of my home. Bruce worked with me from the very beginning to help me find a product that fit my needs. The crew was on time each day and were professional and immaculate throughout the entire installation. It was a big job with scaffolding inside and out. I was very pleased with the way the crew took care of my home and yard while they were working here. I would not hesitate to work with BNW Builders again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reputable company that does what they say they are going to do.

Great! The door is beautiful, and the window is awesome - easy to use, attractive... we plan to have BNW Builders replace the rest of our doors and windows as soon as we are able.

BNW builders work was top notch. They provided quick turn around on quote and scheduling. They accomplished all work ahead of promised schedule even after we added a request(new back sliding door) right before work start. We could not be happier. Would definitely recommend and hire again!!

Honestly, my husband and I didn’t know much about BNW Builders but had heard several advertisements for the company on Positive Hits PER. When the time came for our roofing project, we called and scheduled an appointment for a roofing estimate. We are so glad we did! Our sales consultant, Chris, was outstanding. He blew us away with his first question at the start of our appointment - “what are the most important qualities of a company you decide to do business with?” Wow, a company that has values and cares about aligning with their customer’s values. We were so impressed. He took his time with us, answered all of our questions and helped in selecting materials. He even followed up with both my husband and I after our meeting to let us know that the emergency tarping had been completed. We were very impressed with his communication and level of detail. When we received the call from Tommy with the scheduling details, everything was timed perfectly. The materials arrived, the dumpster shortly after and the crew started early the next morning. Within two days the roof was complete. The very next day, the remaining materials were picked up and the dumpster collected. Tommy followed up with us after the job started to let us know he was on site and the work was progressing as planned. There was a bit of rain in the forecast but the crews worked around the weather - we were impressed with their timeliness and professionalism. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with BNW and can’t recommend them enough to future customers. We got a few estimates for our roof and while BNW wasn’t the cheapest, we are firm believers that you get what you pay for. We are thrilled with the end result and were very pleased with the project from start to finish. Thank you, Chris, Tommy and roofing team for an outstanding experience. They were very professional and did a great job.

We had colder than average weather since and you can really tell the difference. They did an excellent job. When we had any issues, they had a guy who came right out and took care of it. We would definitely use them again.

Overall, BNW Builders did an outstanding job from estimate to finish on the roof and skylight. Our salesperson, Mike Clem, was very professional and explained their entire process. We were impressed with his presentation on the roof and gutter replacement processes. Also, Tommy Mattioli followed up throughout the installation process to make sure we were satisfied. The roof installation crew was very efficient and did a great job overall, but we did experience minor damage during the process. Some of our aluminum trim and soffit was damaged during the removal of the old roof, and a window sash and screen were damaged during the roof installation. However, Tommy followed up on all our concerns, and quickly resolved the damages to meet our satisfaction. The end product is a great looking roof that will last. Overall, we are satisfied with selecting BNW Builders, and we will use them again.

They were good.  They were quick, they gave us a quote and they stuck with it even though then ended up replacing more than they were expecting to, so I was happy about that.  Their price was better than we were expecting.  Two workers came to complete the job and it took probably between two and three hours. 

We made the contract agreement in September 2014, but it was late 2015 they actually started on it. It was 9 or 10 months they actually started on it. The guy kind of brought his workers out and let them go and didn't check on them. It was a lot when the whole project was done the door they put up were hung crooked. Where the roof was and the guttering that wasn't done properly. We had to keep bringing them back to fix all these little things. It seemed like they were not supervised at the level they needed to be. The price was reasonable. Some things they responded very well other things it seemed like it dragged out for months.

BNW was very good to work with in all respects. They were actually the highest priced company I received a quote from for the roofing and nearly identical for the gutters, but based on the details of their roofing quote they were providing the best install (higher quality materials and more steps to their process as compared to others). I actually called the #2 vendor back to see if they would provide the same roof install and they said they could, but the price would increase accordingly. Mike Clem was a good sales person to deal with . Responsive and I felt I was getting the straight story from him. The project supervisor (Tommy M) was excellent! He addressed all my concerns I had and followed-up promptly to make sure I was happy with the work. The gutter job was much quicker so I didn't get to interface with those project supervisors much, but Sonny and Roger were responsive to my questions/concerns. Payment process was good and reasonable. None of this 50% down, 50% on cpompletion as with some other vendors. They must be consistently good as they seem to have plenty of work. The lead time to start the job was a while (7-1/2 weeks), but that didn't matter to me as I was in no rush. Once they called to schedule the work, it was prompt and smooth. I will definitely give BNW a shot on the future projects I have planned (screen room, decking). Good job BNW! It's nice to work with a company that 1) cares about the quality of their work, 2) addresses questions and concerns promptly and 3) doesn't have to badgered to get the work done. Thanks! Jim

It was overpriced, my husband was very upset. It only took them 10 minutes. He did an excellent job in just a few minutes.

Very Satisfied

BNW Builders met me at home and provided a quotation to replace all gutters, downspouts and associated equipment. Their installer people came within the specified time period to perform the work. They were diligent and efficient. Their work was professional and completed in less than one day. The finished product, the Gutter Shutter system is first class. I have no problem with their work or product. I thought the price quoted was on the high side but the quality of the work and finished product justified the higher price.

i discovered that I had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom down to a bathroom below and had gone under the wall to an adjoining bedroom.  We do not need to go upstairs daily and discovered significant damage had taken place.  I immediately suspected the vent cap located in that area of the roof.   I desperately needed someone to repair it before the next rain.  I called BNW and initially was told repairs could be done several days later.  With my situation, I was afraid to wait days.  The person I spoke with recognized how time was of the essence for me and she arranged to have someone at my house within the hour.  He also recognized how bad the leak was, and after speaking with one of the supervisors, was able to,schedule someone for the repairs two days later.  I was so grateful for BNW going out of the way to help me through a difficult situation.  I am not a person who does not take care of maintenance issues.  In this situation, there just were signs such as water stains until it became urgent, and BNW was there to help me.  The roofer came to make the repairs and in a short time left everything neat and clean.  A little later in the day, his supervisor stopped,by to check if everything was satisfactory.  I am so thankful that BNW was there when I needed help.  

The experience started with our sales rep Michael- friendly, fast, honest, accurate, and low pressure. 5 stars for sales- beat Paramounts estimate by $10000+!!!!, was done 2 weeks sooner, AND the sales process only took an hour and a half compared to Paramounts 4 hour ordeal!!! The finished product is beautiful, has a lifetime warranty, and the crew was professional . Tommy followed up on everything during and after the repairs -- very friendly and attentive man. The work was done exactly as estimated. The office staff (Beth and Amy are the folks I've spoken to) always WOW me with how knowledgeable and friendly they are. You should do business with BNW - you will not regret it.
