I finally got a hold of someone and another Propane company and they recommended that I call H&B gas services. The person answer the phone talk to me for 10 minutes to ask several questions and told me that he would be able to be at my house the next day, which was a Saturday. They gave a call Pryor to showing up to tell me they were on their way When they entered the house. They removed their shoes put on booties. I told them that was not necessary and they said it was standard procedure that they wanted to respect my house. They quickly diagnosed and fixed. My problem gave several recommendations that I will follow through with. I would highly recommend them as they are available, dependable and work on the weekends, which works with my schedule."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
