Owner initially showed up and checked out the damage & determined we needed a new door plus rot repair. He asked us to select a door online let him know than the work could begin. We found a door contacted him several times and than nothing. We ended up getting the work done by someone else. Before the coupon expiration date we finally spoke to him and he said he would do some electrical work for us in order to make good on the $200.00 coupon. After not hearing from him I got his e-mail address from Angie's cs & wrote to him asking what was up? A call was received by someone who said that the owner was on vacation and that he was no longer associated with Angie' s list. Courtesty Electric took our $200.00's and left us with nothing for it. They separated from Angie's list so there is no way of knowing how many people they did this to. After the afore mentioned conversation we were never

here again, I thought I had written this at the time. Must have pressed the wrong button. This fellow was very helpful and critiqued all the work I need done. he had some great ideas and I'll call him in the future when I'm ready for additional work.

The whole project was a mess. I was supposed to get a credit for materials which they claimed to have used up in motar, cement wall, plywood, and redoing labor. The bathroom is about 5 by 8 including the footprint of the shower. It took 3 months for them to do the work when they quoted two weeks. They would often not show up. When the worker did show up he'd work from 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. I had to correct them on how they built the bathroom subfloor. They started putting floor down on a patchwork of subfloor that was so uneven. It terraced/stepped down 1/4 inch subfloor about 4 to 5 times across the room. It wasn't flat or smooth. When it came to tiling...It took 5 times as long as it should, they used tile on the same shower wall that didn't match other tile (brown vs light gray tiles) which they agreed to redo. Finally after about 3 months they finished the project, and I saw none of the ~$2000 credit for materials that I spent on marble tile. The worst part is multiple floor tiles in the shower have come up 4 times over the course of the year, and the whole (very expensive) shower floor needs to be redone.

Never showed up. First, they can work only between 8-9am. Then, they failed to show up on multiple rescheduled appointment dates. Now, they said they don't work for Angie's List anymore. Please don't hire them!

Problem not corrected. Technician not knowledgeable and able to correct the mis-wiring.
