"Our three VKB bathrooms are PERFECT. The office staff is easy to work with and schedule appointments. Yucel Muslu came out to our house and created digital renderings of the bathrooms, incorporating all of the ideas I had and some of his own. He kept me fully informed of where he was in the design process. We then met with Yucel in his studio and picked out everything (the fixtures, tile, toilets) from their showroom. Prior to our meeting, Yucel had 3 or so fixture options he thought would look nice for each bathroom and we selected from there. If I had a design portfolio on HOUZZ, he would have utilized that as well but I did not. Yucel is an incredibly skilled designer and our bathrooms are BEAUTIFUL. Al Onur was our contractor and he kept an eye on our project, stopped by every so often and was always quickly available via text or phone. Elvis Aguilon was the one in charge of all projects at our house on a day to day basis and he is an incredibly skilled craftsman. His work is meticulous and the tile/grout are perfect throughout all 3 bathrooms. The two men who were in the house everyday were extremely clean and swept thoroughly at the end of each day. All of my wood floors were protected and they took great care to not damage walls when they were carrying in items. Any accidental damage they touched up and they even fixed an attic door that I broke prior to the project which was a nice surprise. Our project added a water closet in the master while eliminating the tub and making the shower enormous. Yucel was able to easily make design adjustments when I panicked that the water closet wouldn't be large enough; he was correct, the size he said would be fine is an excellent size. I would hire VKB again for our kitchen and for our two other bathrooms when they need to be redone. They were easy to work with, thorough and timely. I recommend VKB without hesitation to all of my friends and neighbors."

This was a full master bathroom remodel beginning demolition to remove everything down to the bones. Dave assisted with selecting all of the required supplies - tile, vanities, tub, toilet, lights, mirrors etc but all decisions were ours to make. We used Dave’s network of suppliers for the additional work required. We needed an electrician (MRS Solutions) since we opted for a heated floor and also a separate contractor (Brown’s Glass Shop) to install the glass shower. Everyone recommended by Dave was top notch and I will use them again for any projects that requires their expertise. "Just fine.  There were additional costs for new edging to match the new floor.  I think it was $70 extra.  He said he could dress up my step ups and I declined.  It was based on my schedule and it was sometime on March 11, 2016.  There weren't delays on their part, it was us figuring out when we were going to have somebody home.  He didn't grab the old stuff that was left on the porch and then there was a small piece of molding/edging behind the toilet that he didn't replace but I mean as far as everything else it was excellent but it wasn't perfect because of those two things.   The old molding/edging that he left on the porch should have been taken away.  Then there was that one piece that was difficult to get at and I would have expected him to replace that one piece of molding/edging. "

"Excellent customer service and quality work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This job entailed installing tile in a front and back foyer. I wanted a certain look which involved complicated cuts and marble accents and trim, and the crew was patient and involved me at each step as different options were considered. The crew showed up on time ever day, were courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Quick - completed the job in two days which involved removal of old hard wood floors and carpeting. I'm planning to use them again on other upcoming projects."
