Neil, the installer was nice and courteous. However, after finishing the wall mount and on his way out of my house, he mentioned he should have centered the TV onto the wall. I understood and agreed for him to return later since I was pending a paint job on the wall. He returned months later and said there would be no charge for the job. Upon return, he said the electrical outlet required moving by an electrician. He recommended **Justin**, since that was his **go to electrician** Many of issues with Justin. For example, he was late, and we had to reschedule. When Justin came, he was accompanied by his **protege** possibly 6 year old son. This little boy moved throughout my downstairs as I heard the door close and shut several times. As a result, I had to pay my painter for retouch of small footprints and I found a broken vase. Neils comment to me... **Justin must have some personal issues** I am discouraged and disappointed. I do not expect the contractors that HomeAdvisor refer to hire subcontractors with lesser standards. I now wonder if Justin is a certified electrician. Neil no longer answers my calls.

They are very knowledgeable in every aspect of AV. Their customer service is excellent, they are punctual for appointments or even early. They deliver professional quality Audio Video. Event aft 15 years, if I have a question I can call and they are available to answer questions.
