"4/25/2023 Grab your check book and run, do not walk, as far as you can from doing business with this company. They are a rip off and what work they do complete is poorly done. We paid our down payment of nearly 15k and the "design fee" was estimated at $2500 was to come out of that. They came back and wanted 50% more money than was budgeted for the project and discussed at the first several meetings. We said no thank you and then the "design fee" jumped to $7500 and claimed that was non refundable. I felt like they had us over a barrel but we didn't t want to just walk away from all that money. After several months of going back and forth we agreed to move forward. I wish we had just lit the 15k on fire and walked away. The 4-6 week estimate has turned into 26 weeks and counting. They did not adhere to the design we paid so much for. They did not replace the footers or framework under the sun porch, they just covered up the rotting wood. They installed a leaky French door, put on hardware that does not match the other inside or outside, installed the deck stairs improperly, didn't install the hot tub pad at all, and consistently left the work site a mess for months while we waited for them to show back up. They claimed they ordered the windows for the project at the start, but 6 months later and no windows and no communication as to when they will return to complete the job despite repeated calls texts and emails. Hiring them is our biggest regret. I hope this review helps someone who is considering doing business with these clowns. You can't say you haven't even warned."
