Ted is a custom home builder/remodeler and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He came to our home and checked our house from top to bottom. He actually spent the time to explain and educate me on structural knowledge so that I wasn't in the dark when it came to dealing with the insurance companies! Once the insurance claim is complete and closed, we will be calling Ted Zappia to handle our long term damage repairs and remodel. What a great honest guy!

We're about three months underway into the project, and everything has been very good. All of the workers have been courteous. Ted, the main owner of the company, has been easy to work with, reasonable, and timely. So far, I've been very pleased! His prices were also very reasonable compared with other estimates that I received.
