Description of Work: We contracted with Russ Hohmann initially to remodel 2 bathrooms and to replace our worn-out deck. We chose him based on his reputation and recommendations from others. These were extensive renovations as both bathrooms were gutted, floor to ceiling, walls were moved, doorways were resized, etc. The results were terrific, particularly our new tiled shower in the master bath. We liked the work so much, we had him carry the tile pattern into the office. | |Instead of just replacing the deck, we had him also enclose most of it. In the process we discovered extensive moisture damage along the back of the house. Instead of just cosmetic repair, we had him install 7' tall French doors and windows. Once again, the results exceeded our expectations. | |Mr. Hohmann and his workers, subs, and suppliers were all extremely professional. All proposed work and cost were detailed in writing. | |I would not hesitate to use Mr. Hohmann again, and would highly recommend him to anyone seriously considering home remodelling or having a custom home built.
