"While it is normal for remodeling projects to create chaos and to be the muse of many a horror story, this ended up with a very pleasant end result. We had a complete renovation down to the studs to bring things up to code, which included ripping out the sub flooring and quite a bit of pipes. Parts were ordered and lost and found. Things went on backorder and were discontinued. We fortunately had a fantastic crew. Ismar (the contractor) did an awesome job of making sure that everything was done to spec and built beautifully. He followed our wishes and came back on the weekend and late to be sure the work was done right. The only real challenges were with the design and oversight from the office, between the designer losing our design specs on the first pass and not communicating proactively about delays or back orders, but thankfully these were more annoyance than problem. After a few handoffs, we got Eric E. as project manager, and he saw us through the rest of the project with much better results and only about 30% oversight still needed from us. Overall, we got a great bathroom out of the deal, so 4 stars."

"We used PI Kitchen and Bath in Winchester for a complete kitchen renovation and had a very good experience. Our kitchen was original to the house and we were ready for a major change, but we were not completely sure what would work best with the space. The design team helped us figure out a layout that gave us more storage and counter space without trying to force things that did not make sense for our home. They also made choosing the cabinets, countertops, backsplash and hardware much easier than I expected. Construction went smoothly and communication was good throughout the project. Most importantly, the finished kitchen looks fantastic. Its brighter, much more functional and finally feels like the kitchen we wanted. We would definitely recommend the Winchester team."

They were very accommodating with various design changes that we made along the way as well as allowing us to specifically decide every small detail (such as outlet placement) to fit our needs and the price point was well below other quotes we received. The work was exceptional in my opinion and we are very happy with how the basement turned out which included a living room with fireplace and built-ins, bedroom, bathroom, and exercise room. The team showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves daily so we didn't have to have an unsightly dumpster out in front of our house during the whole project which I appreciated. The only downside (although we did not mind) was that whereas other contractors will give you a fancy 3-D rendering of the plans, this team does not. We knew exactly what we wanted so the 3-D plans was not an issue for us, and given some of our neighbors paid double our price tag for that 3-D picture and other bells and whistles, I feel we got a better deal."
