From the beginning, Muhammad was patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain the materials and installation process. He provided a detailed written scope of work, used 20-foot boards cut to fit so the deck could be installed with continuous boards and no seams, used CAMO hidden fasteners, applied protective joist tape, and addressed damaged wood he found once the old decking was removed. What impressed me especially was his attention to detail and his willingness to work with what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into something different.
