I greatly appreciated the team's superb professional customer service. In addition, their excellent work is praiseworthy! I have another project for them in the spring of 2022.

After I made final payment for completed permeable driveway, a few border pavers came loose that were set in concrete, some #8 stone washed out of some joints, and some damage was done to an adjoining brick patio which need a joint re-tucked. They promised to come out and make the repairs, per the contractual one-year guarantee, but never did. They just kept ignoring my messages asking when they might come out to make the repairs.

They did excellent work. Several neighbors said they re jealous and I m giving them Los Brothers number!

It was bad and quite disappointing. They said they would complete installing the paver patio in 5 days and it took them over two months. The sand they put between the pavers came coming out every time it rained. They had to power wash and remove the whole thing a few times. Then, they gave up and ended up putting cement on its place. Then, they used a cheap sealer that leaves a white haze over the pavers. At the time, patches of the sealer have turned white or come off and the patio looks awful. I called them for assistance and they could not care less. Even though they seem very kind and easy to deal with, beware - they ask for cash and once you pay them, they will not take responsibility over the work they have done! Now I am looking for a different contractor to fix the mess they left. Also, when they removed the sand with the power washer, they messed up the rest of my patio. Beware!!!

Los Brothers did a 25 X 40' patio including outdoor kitchen bar for our home. They are super to work with and Carlos as their lead is highly responsive and very customer focused. Patricia as the operations manager is also very professional. You can't bet their quality and pricing. v/r Col Jones

Wonderful, hardworking crew - they were here from early morning to dusk each day. They seemed pretty well-organized, methodical in their approach to the large job we had for them. All spoke English at least a little, and the foreman spoke it well. Only minor work details keep us from giving 5 stars, along with the fact that they were rough on our lawn and did not attempt to improve it before they left. Still, it is too late to seed the yard, so other than cleaning up the mud there was not a whole lot they could have done to repair that damage. Yes, I would definitely recommend Los Bros. work.

The driveway surfaces (lot of areas) are not even, and they don't fix them when I called them to come and take a lot at them. They came to my house one time just to replied one of the surface due to it had a big mark tools on that they used to surface the driveway areas.

This company is serious about their work. Patricia is the heart beat behind the scenes in keeping you updated on the schedule and time. They repaired my sidewalk from the door landing to the street and I have to say, sit back and watch the show! I would definitely hire them again.

From the time Carlos showed up at my home to do an estimate on my backyard Concrete Patio extension project, he was very pleasant and polite, he provided valuable information for me to assess the best way for them to build my concrete patio, due to the complexity of how my backyard is structured, including low, high and uneven surfaces. He is an expert and knows this business very well. I had 3 other estimates and what convinced me to hire Los Brothers is that Carlos showed me pictures of multiple similar projects this company built and constructed in the neighboring area. I was impressed, although his price estimate is equally comparable to other estimates that I have gotten, I hired this company for their honesty, politeness and expertise. And when I finalized the proposal, The Customer Service Representative Patricia extended help by ensuring that the renovation schedule and project details are communicated very well. Overall the project went well and I am very happy with the result. I am planning to do another walkway concrete project for the side of my house in a few months and will definitely hire this company again. Keep up the good work Carlos, Patricia, and your entire team are hardworking, dedicated and just awesome!!!

Looked at three different vendors. Out of the three, Los Brothers Construction were the most prompt and provided the best price. I'm already looking to start my next project with them in the next two or three months.
