"Our chimney and fireplace had not been used since at least 2018, so we needed someone to check it out prior to using it. They both cleaned the chimney and inspected it for any issues. The issues they did find they brought photos of and explained to us. They were polite and kind and respectful of keeping our home clean while working. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
