Ashley also presented a detailed, itemized invoice with every project. If there was something she knew she already had at home, such as hardware for the doors or lighting, she made sure to ask if I wanted to use that first before purchasing anything. They are very generous with their time and materials. Ashley was also honest when it came to ideas I might have about different areas and if they were worth fixing monetarily. They did not just agree to do whatever I wanted, she told me if it would be in my best interest or not to fix or leave certain things. They are extremely trustworthy and efficient. When I reported this by phone to Floor Fashions, I was advised to glue the pieces together using wood glue. Glue failed and another joint started bowing. I went back to the company in June 2024 then waited three months for reinstallation. After another month, the reinstalled pieces are now separating as well. Visited showroom to demand resolution. The response of the warehouse manager – responsible for reinstall – was to note that I had not responded to a follow-up call placed three days after the reinstall (seriously). When I explained thst as a customer it’s my responsibility to pay – not to return his calls, his response was “this conversation is over” and walked away. Exchange was witnessed by sales associate who sold us the flooring. Images show install and reinstall."
