All About Floors

It was a large job, so All About Floors sent a large crew. Everyone was friendly and professional. The floors look great and they cleaned up after. This is a major improvement to my house.

Adjusted his schedule to my medical needs. Did a neat, clean job. I have rebuilt and built almost every part of this house; I am not easily pleased.. This was the second piece of flooring the installed for us. On the first job, the supplier delivered damaged material and All about Floor's was quick to fix it.

A rep  from the Reidsville office of All About Floors came out to our house to measure the rooms and give us an estimated cost.  She spent time on the phone getting a good price on the large volume of engineered hickory hardwood we needed.  The work was scheduled for three days, and the workers arrived promptly each day. They were friendly and courteous, as well as hard-working and knowledgeable.  When a strange vent was encountered in the walk-in closet, the team leader took scrap wood and made an attractive box around the vent, which blended in with the flooring and solved the problem.  The flooring and molding in the closets look as good as in the main rooms.  Their attention to detail in this regard was appreciated. When we asked for some carpet strips to use for pet bedding, they accommodated us by cutting the strips to the approximate size we needed.  They finished when they said they would and cleaned up thoroughly.  After the installation, I found one place with a small piece of split molding.  When I called about it, I was told it would be no problem for them to come to fix it.

All About Floors installed a tile backsplash in my kitchen. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great! Steven and his staff were easy to work with and provided a free, in-home, estimate. Steven delivered exactly the way he said that he would. I would highly recommend and have used All About Floors numerous times over the years.

Everything about them was good except their price was a little high.  I will possibly use their service in the future.

Steven Booth came to my home in Greensboro to measure and give estimate for cork flooring.  He also brought reasonably sized samples so that I could see them in place and make my choice.  The cork flooring was ordered, and installation was scheduled as soon as it arrived at the store.  AAF removed quarter round and installed floating cork floor tiles.  They carefully removed and replaced appliances.  They recycled quarter round and were able to reuse bamboo strip between bamboo floor and cork flooring.  Job was done efficiently, and installers were very tidy and cleaned up all dust and debris.  Could not be more satisfied!

Visited showroom; talked to salesperson. Received an estimate, made selections, and established installation date. Weather (snow) caused a short installation delay (2 days), but quite understandable. Installers were on-time, friendly, did an excellent job. I would use again.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE SEVERAL TIMES. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL THE SCRAPS OF CARPET AND VACUUMED BEFORE THEY LEFT. THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE NICE TO HAVE IN OUR HOUSE.

I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO USED THEM. THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR US. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL WHILE THEY WERE IN OUR HOUSE. WE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT WE DECIDED TO USE THEM AGAIN.

I FEEL THAT THESE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY COMMENDABLE, BECAUSE THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO WORK ON A WEEKEND. THEY DO SUCH GREAT WORK THAT OTHERS IN MY FAMILY HAVE ALREADY USED THEM SINCE.
