2 gentleman arrived to my home on time and were courteous.  They worked extremely hard, but did not finish the install in one day as promised.  Both men returned on a Sunday (Mother's Day) and got the rest of the job finished.  Although the job was not finished on time, I did not hold it against them because the room is not quite a square and they did not even stop for lunch







Once the job was done, they cleaned up and promptly left. 







I will absolutely use them again.

Got multiple quotes from very reputable companies and Quality Carpet and Flooring came in far under everyone!!!  Worked with Rob Willett and he couldn't have been more professional and patient with me.  I was able to replace carpeting in 3 bedrooms, 2 stairways, hallway and living room and replace carpeting / linoleum in the foyer, hallway and kitchen with engineered wood.  The change in my home is incredible!  I can't thank Rob and his professional team enough.  They worked so fast that they were able to get all of the wood completed in one day when it was scheduled to be completed in two!!!  It seemed like they just never stopped.  I couldn't be more happy!!!!

Quality of the product was good and price was great, as we got a free installation promotion. I was told it would take two weeks for my wood to arrive. After many phone calls from me and none from the company, my wood finally arrived and was installed a full month later...without my transitions. My transitions then took another 3 weeks before finally being installed. There were a couple of problems with the initial wood installation (a gap between two boards and a piece of shoe molding that had never been nailed down) but both were fixed by the company at the time the transitions were installed. The price was good and I am happy with the quality of product and work that was eventually performed, however the complete lack of communication from the company was very frustrating to say the least and I was not happy that my "2 weeks" turned into close to two months

This experience was amazing.  We had visited a couple of places, including Lumber Liquidators, but were concerned by comments and experiences we saw on line.  I usually review Angie before we go forward with any high dollar service, but we also wanted to get the best deal.  We received a quote from Lumber Liquidators and then went to Quality.  We had a long conversation with Bob McDonald.  He was so full of information, and answered every question.  He was so patient with our concerns and addressed each one.  Then my husband told him about the bid, and Bob felt they could beat it and provide better service.
We had just purchased a new home, and wanted to floors done before we moved in.  Bob and his staff were incredibly accommodating.  We met the crew each morning, who were always punctual, and at the end of the day.  We were always impressed with how clean the work area was at the end of each day.   
Our floor is gorgeous and everyone loves it upon site.   I recommend Quality whenever I can, as this is the kind of service, everyone deserves.

First when we selected and ordered the carpets for both areas, it was scheduled to be installed on Friday, June 5th.  We then received a phone call from Bob McDonald, the salesman who sold the carpet to us, and he told us that this carpet was not available because it wasn't even made.  So the installation date was moved to June 14th.  In the meantime we selected the flooring we wanted and the installation for that was June 14th, thus moving the carpets to June 17th.  The installers did arrive on time on the 14th to install the flooring (2 different selections), removing all appliances and replacing (at an additional charge of $300).  All the floors do look beautiful so we are pleased with their work.  On the 17th, the carpet installers arrived on time and installed all the carpets in all rooms, determined to finish in one day, and they did.  We are pleased overall with the work, but not so much with the price, nor the delay..

The brought the flooring several days in advance to let it conform to the environment.  They arrived and installed the flooring taking away the old carpet.  Even though the contract stated they would not clean up the outside work area the men that did our job cleaned it up nicely.. 

I have nothing but good things to say.  My husband went in on a Thursday afternoon and they sent him home with samples.  They made an appt to come and give us an estimate that evening.  They were prompt and punctual.  We agreed on a price (which was cheaper than the other two estimates we got) and they came the next day and installed it.  The installers were cordial, polite, and courteous.  They did an excellent job.  They estimated the time that it would take to install the flooring accurately and cleaned up everything.  I am thrilled with the floors and would highly recommend this company to anyone. 

We visited almost every flooring store in Fredericksburg, VA to try to find hardwood floors for our house. Quality Carpet and Floor (QCP) is by far the most knowledgeable about flooring and pricing (most stores had to look up the price...slowly...for each type you were interested in). They are also the only store that provides "Model" hardwood, whose extreme finish is the best in the business (commercial grade, residential price). Finally, the installers were quick, efficient, and effective.

The sales staff is also willing to work with you on price and let you know when new promotions from the supplier arrive.
