Even though I got a slightly cheaper quote from someone else, I chose Steve based on two things: past reviews and his willingness to stop by my house to give a quote. His deputies Jeremy and Demeric did all the work. They were very polite, professional and hard working young men and have a bright future ahead. They also wore masks all the time which I really appreciated. On last day, I asked Jeremy to do a bit of extra work to replace a switch but he didn't ask extra money for it, which I liked, and so he/they earned the tip.
