"This is my second time needing service from Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair. The first time was 4 years ago with 6 push piers installed under the foundation footer. The service was excellent then, so I knew who to call when I needed a french drain/sump pump and more push piers installed under center beam. Michael Rowlands came out and inspected and gave a quote with the same honesty and trust he gave me for years ago. He took pictures to back up all his recommendations as usual. The crew Nate, Payne, and Michael did a great job and left my property just the way they found it upon arrival. The Electrical team Paul and Adrian did a great job connecting the lights and sump pump. The finish product looked as if it was built with the house. I trust this company with all my crawl space and foundation needs and you should to."

We Had Bought A Replacement Faucet And Handles; Just In Case Replacing Was The More Sensible Option Vs Repairing And As It Turns Out The Kit That Would Have Been Needed To Repair Our Dated Faucet And Handles Would Have Taken More Time And Money! "We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

"Everything started very good. I received a call the same day to schedule the initial appointment. Matt the salesman was on time and very professional. I had to wait two weeks for the installation, that was not a problem. I was contacted about 2-3 days before the scheduled installation date and I was told that they overbooked some jobs and needed to move the installation one day. I had no problem with that. I was scheduled for 3 days in a row to complete the job. The crew showed up in time and completed the first part of the job, a second crew and the remaining part. That's when the problems started. I sat in my house for the next two days waiting for someone to show up to complete the work. I received a call at the end of the second day to let me know that I was scheduled for the next day, at this time I was not able to accommodate that request because I had family coming on that day for one day (Friday). Then I was told that I would receive a call on Friday to schedule another day to complete the work. I received a call 4 days later to tell me that my work will be completed a month later because they were booked up. On top of that, they told me that someone had tried to contact me several times and couldn't reach me. That was a lie, no one called me. At this time, I decided to canceled the remaining work , I was not going to wait another month to complete my work for their lack of communication and follow up. Then I received an email trying to schedule my work for the next Saturday, they were making an exception to help me. Really? Why that option was not available before, specially when I have been very flexible with them. I decided to cancel the remaining work anyway. The quality of work is good, Matt was great,but the admin office really needs to follow up when they suppose to. Don't make promises that you can't keep and don't lie trying to cover your lack of planning and communication. That's why I'm given them a B on my review."

"They were able to dig out the old driveway and sidewalk and poured the new concrete the same day on Tuesday. The next day we were expecting a lot of rain, so they covered it. On Thursday they came back and took off all the boards and plastic. It looks beautiful. They also installed a drainage ditch with rocks to provide better drainage from the driveway. I am so pleased with the company and my driveway/sidewalk. I would hire them in a NY minute. They were also lowest bidder."
