The service was excellent then, so I knew who to call when I needed a french drain/sump pump and more push piers installed under center beam. Michael Rowlands came out and inspected and gave a quote with the same honesty and trust he gave me for years ago. He took pictures to back up all his recommendations as usual. The crew Nate, Payne, and Michael did a great job and left my property just the way they found it upon arrival. The Electrical team Paul and Adrian did a great job connecting the lights and sump pump. The finish product looked as if it was built with the house. "Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

However, not informed that in sealing the crawlspace walls such application of foam would negate our termite control bond as the walls can no longer be inspected for termite tunnels. As such, we had to go with a more expensive and invasive termite contract to ensure that our protection continued."

"They were able to dig out the old driveway and sidewalk and poured the new concrete the same day on Tuesday. The next day we were expecting a lot of rain, so they covered it. On Thursday they came back and took off all the boards and plastic. It looks beautiful. They also installed a drainage ditch with rocks to provide better drainage from the driveway. I am so pleased with the company and my driveway/sidewalk. I would hire them in a NY minute. They were also lowest bidder."
