"This is my second time needing service from Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair. The first time was 4 years ago with 6 push piers installed under the foundation footer. The service was excellent then, so I knew who to call when I needed a french drain/sump pump and more push piers installed under center beam. Michael Rowlands came out and inspected and gave a quote with the same honesty and trust he gave me for years ago. He took pictures to back up all his recommendations as usual. The crew Nate, Payne, and Michael did a great job and left my property just the way they found it upon arrival. The Electrical team Paul and Adrian did a great job connecting the lights and sump pump. The finish product looked as if it was built with the house. I trust this company with all my crawl space and foundation needs and you should to."

"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

They could have just done the job, but they let me know that it wasn't needed. Such honesty is greatly appreciated. "This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them ? I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT => BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 o'clock on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING => DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work & a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company."
