"I can't say enough about how well this went. We could not afford an encapsulation of our crawl space but were having humidity and water issues. Mark came out and was able to not only dry up the current water but he put a dehumidifier underneath that completely cleared up the humidity issue. He fixed our crawl space door as well so we have not had any further standing water issues. I have recommended him twice to others and they have been very happy."

"The process went very smoothly. There were several teams that worked on my project. The initial workers removed all of the old insulation and trash left under the house during construction, and cleaned the joists. Later a perimeter drain system was installed, and the final job was to insulate the foundation perimeter and install the vapor barrier.
All the work was done in a professional manner and the workers were all very courteous. They were on time and on budget."

"Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Roofing jobs are expensive, they just are. The sales consultant - Andre Irving - is an exemplary professional! We really enjoyed working with him to discuss the whole project, particulars about our roof, and our concerns and worries. Andre spends time getting to know you enough to understand how to make a deal happen. He showed us the whole product, assisted us to understand the money and financing, and we all agreed on "Midnight Plum" as the color! Communication from the agency was prompt and we always had someone to reach out to. They were able to schedule the work extremely fast - we met with Andre on a Friday, and the crew was out the following Tuesday - new roof, done, Tuesday evening. There was a project manager - we spoke with two of them, Tony and Evan - available on the project site. The only issue we had was some confusion about the dumpster. It got left overnight in our driveway - not the biggest issue in the world, just some confusion. The next evening we did a walkthrough of the whole project. Tony provided us with an overview of the warranty, and showed us the work that had to be done to our roof for repairs, etc. It was clear that it is a company with growth as a goal - they do really want the job, and 5-star reviews. I wouldn't give one if I didn't think they earned it, but you will find the reviews are valuable to the project managers and they will let you know that as their target. They'll stand there while you write them - I guess they get a bonus with getting good reviews. That was the only piece that stuck out to me as needing a little more finesse, but other than that, and like I began, overall we are happy with our new roof from Home Genius Exteriors."

"Matt Epperly was very professional and new about insulation for our crawl space. He came and went under our house and took pictures. We did not know about the mold which he showed us. He made the suggestion of the spray foam and the Friction-fit rigid foam board door panel to be installed behind our existing crawl space access door. Spray Foam in crawl space rim and band joist for air-sealing and insulation. He also mentioned before the foam insulation spraying anti-microbial solution on all crawl space wood substructure. We were also told we would get free a Wireless Hygrometer. It displays the temperature and humidity both inside your crawl space. It was all accomplished in a few hours. They informed us for our protection to leave the home and come back. Everything was done neatly and no mess left."

"There's a reason these guys are Best of the Beach winners. They were expensive, but they do quality work. I got estimates from 4 companies. Two of them didn't even acknowledge the damage that needed repair. Had I gone with the others, I'd be in the same boat again very soon. Judy Sweetland emailed me while on vacation, and came to do quite a bit of the work herself. You won't regret hiring these folks."

"Salesman Mike Best came to the home to do the initial assessment. Mike was fantastic. Upbeat, positive, knowledgable and an overall nice guy. I highly recommend him. He coordinated the blown in insulation in the attic of my room over the garage and the insulation and drywalling the ceiling of my garage. Both crews that came were very professional, super efficient, and nice guys. The room over my garage had either extremely hot or cold temperature. After they insulated the attic, there was an immediate and very pleasing change to the room temperature. The room was finally comfortable. His second crew arrived the next day and insulated and installed drywall to the ceiling of an 800 sq foot garage in a day! They returned the next day to finish up mudding. The temperature change to our room over the garage was drastic. I went from being a very cold or very hot room to being one of the most comfortable rooms in the house. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ridge Remodeling and Design. They do exactly what they say they will do and with excellence."

"I was very pleased with the work I had done. I had a new HVAC system installed a few years ago and Alex from AirDuct Care found that the supply box on the system was not correct. The insulation was on the inside of the box rather than outside which he said could be causing problems. I had the supply box replaced and the one that was originally installed had been growing mold. This issue was never found by any heating/air conditioning people that have been servicing my system. I then had all the ducts cleaned and sanitized. The techs were on time, friendly, they worked efficiently. They cleaned all the vent covers and did touch ups on any ceiling plaster that came loose. Bill did a great job."
