"Company inspected my chimney on Tuesday. Large hole needed attention plus waterproofing. Keithan Gas and Chimney put a rush on my chimney cover as a storm was coming the next day. Chimney was waterproofed and repaired ahead of the storm. The effort was above and beyond. Would hire again!"

I responded back that I thought it was high, but asked them to proceed any how - no answer. called the office, and after two days of "I'll check into it" and we need to talk to the supervisor to see when we can schedule a repair", I was told they could get to it in 11 days just to get access to see if they could repair the leak - mind you this is for an active leak. I ended up driving 230 miles and fix the problem myself. the whole job took 5 hours, and I am not a professional. $120 for them to tell me what I already knew."
