They showed up late to "look at the job". contrary to advertising the quote is not free, it cost $120. They didn't even look at the toilet. Their technician sent an estimate for $580 just to pump out water and remove a few bricks on the foundation for access. I responded back that I thought it was high, but asked them to proceed any how - no answer. called the office, and after two days of "I'll check into it" and we need to talk to the supervisor to see when we can schedule a repair", I was told they could get to it in 11 days just to get access to see if they could repair the leak - mind you this is for an active leak. I ended up driving 230 miles and fix the problem myself. the whole job took 5 hours, and I am not a professional. $120 for them to tell me what I already knew.

After my warranty company selected them for this incident, I made an appointment with HCI Contracting for 02 December, from 9:00-12:00 for them to take a look at a leak that developed in my roof.  Not only did they not show up during the 3-hour window, but they didn't even call to let me know that they were running late and would not be able to make our scheduled appointment time.  When I called in to HCI Contracting's front office, they sounded less than concerned that I had just wasted half-a-day of work waiting on them.  I also called my warranty company to let them know of HCI's lack of professionalism.
