"We found wires run on the surface of drywall after the inspection. We found unsealed walls that attached to the garage, where carbon monoxide would come in and we found water damage that, was obvious when viewed on the surface. The property is a 5000 sq foot house, so maybe he was overwhelmed. It is my opinion that Adam is what's wrong with the home inspection industry and we would absolutely not work with him again. How do I know the correct unit was installed? If the office can't pay attention to detail, how do we trust the techs pay attention to detail during installation?"

Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"
