Brent, the owner, is the model of professionalism. He has always gone to great lengths to help me out, knowing that my budget is very tight. He lets me know if something can wait and for how long. Repairs are as cost-effective as he can make them, always done to perfection, and always completed at or before the estimated completion time. I can't say enough about how thrilled I am to have an excellent mechanic with such exemplary customer service. I cannot recommend West Springfield Car Care highly enough!

Initial dialog was sketchy at best.  Price offered -- lowest of four highly rated providers -- and terms discussed were changed after car was brought in.  Lowest price went to highest.  A discount was offered, then another problem was "discovered" that basically eliminated the discount.  One service requested was inexplicably never performed.  OEM parts claimed to be used, but no evidence left.  No evidence of mystery "discovered" problem was left either.  
I was left feeling hosed.  Seemed like a bait & switch to me.  I will not be returning.

Job went off without a hitch.

They are very good and responsive.  Their cost is reasonable.  They can get us in a reasonable amount of time. We believe they are honest.

I have been going here for 13 years. Friendly, reliable, competent.

Overall, went well. They don't generally try to sell me services I don't need. Prices may be a little high, but acceptable. I don't mind paying a little more if I can trust them...and I trust these guys.

I am very happy with the quality of work and service I receive from West Springfield Car Care. I had been taking my car there for inspections and was happy with the service. I then started taking my car for other maintenance work and repairs when the car dealership made me feel like they were doing unneeded work. Recently I called West Springfield Car Care to see if they replace tires, and they told me how to order tires online to save money. The work was done well and completed ahead of schedule.

Great as always. We always bring our cars to West Springfield. The group there is honest and will tell you straight what you do or don't need for your vehicle. I especially appreciate a garage that won't do things suggested by a customer because they don't feel it is needed at that time. My experience in the past is that if my wife said she thought the tires needed rotating, other companies would just do it and charge her. At West Springfield, they would not only refrain from doing the work, but let you know when they thought that work may be necessary. Loyal customer!

We used West Springfield Car Care and they did a great job. The car went in sounding terrible and came out humming.

The service was perfect. They were even under the estimate for time and price. I have also had my vehicle inspection done here and had a maintenance inspection as well. I have never had a problem, and they were one of the only places that would install an after-market item I didn't purchase from them. Carlos is the mechanic that has done the work on my truck and I have had zero problems. He even fixed a minor problem with a cover on my seat.

Always outstanding customer service. This business has never tried to inflate the work necessary nor the price charged.

The inspection was perfect. The repairs they do are excellent. They are very good. It's a full car service. They are very honest with you. When they go in to start work on your car, they will call and ask you to do something. They always ask first.

Experienced check engine light so took to West Springfield Car Care on a Saturday. They diagnosed immediately. Returned the following week for repair. Service was fast and efficient. Price was competitive for work done.

Car runs much better now.

I have been here several times and all but once was called and told my vehicle needed more work and usually at a significant price. This time the inspection of my less than 3 year old SUV said it needed new brakes and that it failed the safety inspection. When I questioned him about the severity he got very angry and told me to never bring my vehicle there again. This also broke their obligation to perform a safety reinspection for $1 per Virginia law.

They did a great job, quick, in to them in the a.m. and back to me in the p.m. High quality work at about half the price of a dealership. We always go here for our car care needs.

I continue to use them because they are good at what they do and the price is fair and reasonable.

I’ve been using them for seven or eight years and I love them. I’m a woman and I don’t feel like they try to cheat me; I think they are trustworthy. Their price has been in line with other companies that I’ve gotten comparisons from. They tell me when something is going to go bad but they don’t try to get me to do things that I don’t need to do. They give me a worst case scenario and the pros and cons.
