We are in the middle of selling our house. The home inspection brought up some potential issues with our basement wood burning stove. I made an appointment with Quality. They came when they were supposed to and inspected our stove. They cleaned it and removed a dead bird! On the invoice they said it was safe and in good working order. I can pass this on to our buyers.

They arrived early (by about 15 minutes); very polite and friendly. They allowed me to secure our four dogs so they could easily access the chimney outside and inside. One came in inside and I took him to the fireplace and he cleaned the inside flue area while the guys outside cleaned it from the top.
.I asked about an insert and he gave me some suggestions on the kind of stove that might work, and a he gave me a rough idea of what it would cost to install. Stove $700, plus installation, stainless lining of flue, etc. Total about $1200
