"The company goes out of their way to ignore reviewing HOA policy. They installed doors that were not up to code based on HOA policy. More concerning for a small $1,000 balance of a $5,000 job, they threatened while saying good luck to me....to file a mechanics lien on my $2,300,000 paid off house. IT IS AGAINST STATE LAW TO FILE A MECHANICS LIEN AGAINST A RESIDENCE UNLESS THE VALUE OF THE JOB INCREASES THE RESIDENCES VALUE BY 15% OR MORE. They are threatening and go around every legal corner to get what they want including their bogus sales pitches."

"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"Presidential Exteriors installed 6 windows on our sunroom/office yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the protection from the sunâ s heat. The windows are not hot as our previous ones would get, they open and close smoothly, and no extra work was needed. Everything was as expected. A sunroom should be sunny, not baking from hot windows. Unlike one of their competitors (who we previously did business with) but visited us with a high-pressure sales pitch, Ayden Redmond from Presidential stopped by to discuss options for our windows. We had no intention of signing a contract during that visit, but Ayden provided us with an option to do our desperately needed sunroom/office windows first at the pro-rated price as if we were having them all done. Then, if we were happy, we could keep that same lower price for the rest of the windows. Since our sunroom/office had very cheap windows that leaked and didnâ t open and close very well, we took him up on his offer. His offer was more than 10% below his competitorâ s lowest quote to us with the similar type of product and life-time warranty. I had windows installed with their competitor in a previous house, so I knew their products and warranty was good, and the installation was good, but they didnâ t seem to be interested in what we needed and the prices seemed high, especially for a returning customer. During Aydenâ s visit, he gave us time to check the detailed online reviews of Presidential and their competitor(s) (beyond folks that didnâ t like sales pitches) and we were impressed with Presidential. So, we went ahead with the contract. No surprises, no delays, no missing parts, just a smooth and high-quality installation. Mr. Kim did an amazing job orchestrating and doing the install of the 6 windows and paying attention to the smallest details. He left the inside and outside with no trace of their visit other than the beautiful new windows. Follow up visits by a manager and then a QA team finished the day. The experience and price was good enough to arrange for the installation of the rest of the windows. We even got 12 month no-interest financing which their competitor refused to offer. Presidential Exteriors is willing to work with you to meet your needs and they seem to take pride in that. Windows and exterior work is not inexpensive and I am sure there are less expensive options. But I want the work to last and few companies provide a lifetime warranty on their products. Ask for Ayden Redmond as your sales rep and Mr. Kim as your installer. You wonâ t go wrong."
