They were at my house to fix my shower handle would wouldn't turn the water off. They were there about 20min to diagnose, left for almost 2 hours to go and get a part we could have easily purchased, and then came back and spent another 20min installing the cartridge. Luckily we all knew how to turn it off from behind the shower in the access panel. Price seemed a bit high considering the length of time they were there and my tenants reported the staff was a little "gruff." Maybe would use again in a pinch."

"We had a water main leak between the meter and our house. So I did my homework and called 3 companies including Mahon Plumbing. I called and spoke with AnneMarie who promptly gave me an appointment on 12/20 with a window from 12-4pm. Greg Mahon arrived approximately at 2pm, took at look at our problem and promised that I would have a written estimate before 12 noon the next day. As promised I received my estimate before 10:30 a.m. that day. The other company promised to drop off an estimate and the other company was slow to respond.
Mahon's promptness in providing an estimate won my vote. I called and spoke to AnneMarie who then scheduled a date for the work. The workmen arrived on time at 8:00 a.m and continued their work throughout the day. All of the workmen were personable and professional. They completed their work at approximately 6:00 p.m. However they couldn't complete the patching for the sidewalk as it was getting dark and cold. They promise to return early the next day to repair our sidewalk which they did.  I will say that they repaired it just like new.
The best news of the day was that in repairing our leak they had to remove a panel of my husband's beloved knotty pine paneling in the basement. Let me say they did an EXCELLENT job in removing and replacing the paneling! With some very minor touches to the paneling and a keen eye one would never know that the paneling was ever disturbed! My husband was ecstatic over the workmen's care and consideration of his man cave!!
The workmen were careful not to track dirt in house. At the job's completion the workmen took care to clean everything as well as neatly placing the straw over the newly seeded areas.
This was a great experience from start to finish! Thanx so much to everyone from AnnieMarie(who was so helpful and patient), to Greg and his workmen. They made a stressful situation less stressful to which both my husband and I are truly grateful!
I would definitely use them again for all our future plumbing needs and will recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends.
