"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. "Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. "They cleaned and sanitized the entire 3rd floor of our home.  We have 2 dogs and, though they are not allowed upstairs in this particular area, their hairs just seem to float to that level.  They did a very thorough job getting up the hairs and providing tips on how to maximize the clean effect.  They were polite, non-intrusive and got the job done in a decent amount of time. One other thing that I was impressed with, they let me know that because our carpet is fairly new we don't need to clean as often as I believed we did.
