"Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I was not able to be home due to work obligations so they cleaned my upstairs carpets thoroughly and quickly and then took an 8x10 rug with them to clean and return.
