"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"We had to reschedule once due to rain but the company followed up to reschedule quickly. The Handyman arrived on time, was professional and competent. He asked if we were providing the siding, which we had already told the company that we wanted them to provide. The Handyman quickly matched and purchased the siding needed. His work to replace the siding was of good quality and quickly done. On the inside, he quickly fixed three doors that would not close correctly; again the work was done efficiently and was well done. We discussed the ramp and the Handyman promised to get back to us with the cost and design. We are awaiting that information, but it has only been a few days. Overall I was quite pkleased with the quality and efficiency of the work done."
"Everything went as promised. The scheduled first visit for an estimate was professional and fair. A planner came to the house to do final measurements and let us know we would be scheduled soon. The wait for actual implementation after we decided to go with it was reasonable. The guys showed up the morning after the first day promised but it worked out fine as they were efficient and hard-working. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish, so our communication was limited but that did not matter as they knew exactly what they were planning to do based on the thorough planning.
