Tennessee Designs was amazing in their work, customer service and overall experience. Not only does he remodel custom kitchens and baths but he does additions and overall home remodels. I recommend his company for all your home needs.

Very happy with our kitchen

Splattered paint all over dining room furniture, some of it will not come off. Refused to do some things after project was started. Workers here 25 days, not here 23 days when they should have been here. Very poor communication with us.

Project took too long should have been 6 weeks it's been 3 months we completed a lot of the work ourselves He repeatedly asked when he can be paid but the work was not consistent. There are many items that still need to be repaired and touched up. He damaged my drywall because he didn't have the proper coverings while working and dented my dishwasher. I was expecting a much better job for all the money we spent.

Mr. Tennessee provided excellent service. Most importantly he had a vision and laid it out for us and we were able to customize to our preferences. Mr. Tennessee also went the extra mile in searching for special requests cabinets. We couldn't be more pleased with how our new home kitchen looks.

Mr. Tennessee remodeled all three of our bathrooms and we are thrilled with the results. He did our kitchen a year ago and we were so happy with his work, we asked him to do all of our bathrooms. His crew is amazing. They were all very professional and take pride in their work. Mr. Tennessee is a good man and I highly recommend his company.

Good work. Sometimes they are late to start - say will be there at 0900 and show up at noon. They work hard when they do show. Friendly and they listen.

My husband and I moved to Richmond in April. We bought a brick ranch, this is an older house and was very boxed in. We hired Tennessee Designs to redo my kitchen,remove a wall to give the house an open concept design. Robert Tennessee met and exceeded my expectations. His workers were very professional and very clean about removing materials. The cabinets and products used were high end materials. Robert Tennessee had excellent taste when helping me pick out cabinets,flooring,counter top and his overall design. I now have a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room area. We are completely satisfied with all work done. The design was perfect for our kitchen. The new flooring is beautiful, as are the cabinets and counter tops. He even had a custom key cabinet designed and installed since the item wasn't available from the cabinet maker. All of the sub contractors were friendly and professional. Mr. Tennessee personally inspected each job and asked me if I was satisfied. He even changed a couple of things that I approved, but said he wasn't satisfied. He even added things that weren't in the contract, at no cost to us. He even had a temporary sink installed so we could use the kitchen while waiting for the counter tops. Thanks Tennessee, it's been a pleasure.
