"Ryan came out right on time. He is so friendly and competent. He fully inspected our very high chimney and came back with some excellent suggestions for how we could save our fireplace and continue to use it with wood or gas, in addition to fixing our leaking chimney. He had a bid to us very soon. We signed and he ordered the specialize cap. As soon as it came in, he scheduled our installation. It just happened to fall on the hottest day of the year. Our old chimney cap had been sealed and resealed many times, so it was hard to get off, but Ryan persevered with a cheerful attitude. Soon it was off and our beautiful new cap was installed. Then he finished repairing and resurfacing our fireplace. The work was immaculately done. When it was over, he informed me that he had reduce our bill below what he bid it because he did not have to spend as much time on our firebox as he had thought. When does this ever happen? What a guy. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor (and I am 62 and have owned about a dozen homes)."

"Tim and Don came out to remove the tube style chimney after we removed the gas fireplace. They patched and matched the roof shingles so well that I can't see the patch! Then they repaired some of the mortar joints on our brick porch. Excellent work guys! I highly recommend Olde Towne Chimney Sweeps."

"Very well, they arrived early and called first. They were very professional and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and they were very knowledgeable about field.  We hired them originally for a chimney sweep.  We just moved into our home and we have never had a chimney before so we did not know that our type did not need to be swept or even how to operate it. They were very professional and went over how to use our fireplace. Upon inspection, he noticed where there was a moisture problem and was able to show me where the brick was starting to break down behind our insert. We were shocked that we never noticed it before, but he was right. You could see the moisture and it was obvious where it was coming from. They were able to seal the areas that needed it while they were here and gave us a 10 year warranty on the seal. They did recommended that we wait until it has dried out to have the brick repaired. He said he could repair the brick today, however, if we did it now we could still have problems later from the current dampness and it was best to let it dry out completely before repairing it. I felt they were very honest and when I asked questions about other "potential problems" we may have to worry about which would have made them more money, they assured us that what they did was all we needed to do besides that brick repair later. We will use them again for the final repair. We are very happy with the service they provided.

I gave them an A for everything except for the price. For the price I gave a B only because I am not familiar with the industry and I did not shop around for estimates. I did feel it was a good price and I didn't mind paying it because the information they provided alone was worth what we paid. Not to mention we live way out in the country so they probably spent $30 in gas just to get here!"

"FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THEY WERE WONDERFUL. ASHLEY MY REP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US, WE LIVE IN A LOG HOUSE AND NOTHING IS LEVEL.
