"They were pretty good about getting started, however it was delayed a day after scheduling because they did not have all the material that they needed. We had a new bath installed and new flooring out in. There was some minor problems - most annoyingly, a nail was hammered into the new floor. When they came back to fix the problem they did so efficiently. Now I have a nail in my floor with some silicone over it. The bath did look nice however so if you only want them to do a bath they might be your best bet."
