I was extremely pleased with the service from Richard and his son. They removed a tub surround and replaced with a tile shower. I absolutely love how the shower turned out. Price was fair and the workmanship was fantastic. I highly recommend Top To Bottom for your bathroom remodel.

Richard Harding did a great job remodeling two bathrooms for us. He gutted 1 and a half baths and replaced much of the sub-floor and all the fixtures, toilets, bathtub, and vanities. He recommended good sources for materials and helped advise us on how best to update our 70's bathroom while still making it fit in with the rest of the house. He ran new electrical and installed an access panel for us, making the rooms much more usable. He is cheerful, diligent, and was a pleasure to have around the house while working. He performed all the work himself; it was a relief not having to deal with an offsite manager running a crew.

We worked with Richard Harding from start to finish to remodel 2 bathrooms. Richard did an fantastic job. His work is top quality and his communication was even better. He always let us know what was going on with the project and we were always filled in on his schedule. Great to have a contractor who shows up when they say they will! He guided us through the project from design to materials selection. I would hire Richard again without hesitation and highly recommend him.

Richard Harding did an excellent job in our bathroom remodel, We had some follow up issues with some minor leaks in the shower. Richard came back a number of times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. He is always easy reach and very courteous and professional.

I talked to about 5 contractors to take out 2 ceramic tile floors and put in new sub flooring and vinyl. The estimates were crazy a big range of prices and opinions. I met Mr. Harding and knew he was someone I could trust and so glad he came when I needed to get the floors fixed for the sale of your home. He and Wayne did a beautiful job cutting through the 70's tile and subfloor and installing the new flooring and he saved me a couple thousand dollars at least. They were always working and polite to my 94 year old Navy Vet father. They cleaned up before leaving each night. You will be glad you used Top to Bottom when you see their finished work and your bank account. Honest, Hardworking guys Mr. Richard Harding & Wayne his co-worker.

The project was to replace the railings on my front porch with a no maintenance rail system.. My Home has vinyl siding on it and matching the color was going to be an issue.. Richard Harding and his co-worker Wayne took a sample of the color that I needed and searched until they found a color and a rail system that was a perfect match. Richard and Wayne did a beautiful job. I would absolutely work with them again. and I will recommend they to friends.

Richard completed the work according to contract scope. Every night he and his team of experts would clean the area prior to our arrival from work. So nice to come home to a clean work area. People who came here were very easy to get along with. Project was delayed slightly due to shower manufacture not having sufficient supply to fill the order. We were kept informed all along the way. Work was very good. Final project was very good.

Follow up was excellent

Top to Bottom remodeled the entire main bathroom in our Fan house not just the tub. They are the kind of contractors you dream of hiring. They were prompt with the estimate which was very competitive, gave valued advice, started when they said they would and finished on time. We were very happy with the finished project.

A shower/tub and new floor was installed. Good job on the floor, but measured the shower/tub incorrectly causing some problems. Did not force the issue with him, but felt this was bad business practice. A very nice person, but felt his quality of work could stand improvement and if he had more helpers would not seem so rushed.

I was extremely pleased with the service the Technician Richard provided me! The work was completed in a short time and the quality of the work was very impressive!

Honest & helpful

I can sum up my appraisal of Jake and his team (John Oyler, etc.)'s work in one word: Excellent! I had two projects: a screened-in porch and new flooring in kitchen and foyer. I keep getting compliments on both from neighbors, family, and friends. I am extremely pleased with all my dealings with Jake. Jake is very professional, honest and straight-forward in his dealings. If he says he will do something, you can count on him to do it and do it well. He and John have also gone the "extra mile" in several things: extra detail on ceiling of porch; making sure pets were in safe/sound if I could not get home in time are just two examples .

Delayed delivery by several months. Promised delivery around Christmas and delivered end of March, excuses and constant blame on others for delays, delivered a smaller deck than agreed upon, threats to stop work. The site and inside of the house was left messy for over 4 months, full of dirt and dust.
