"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. I will be hiring OSSA to do some work in my own home, as I look to make necessary improvements in the future. I've told everyone I know how how wonderful they are. 6 out of 5 stars!"

"Click did a great job updating our kitchen and sunroom. Both rooms were last renovated in the 1970's and definitely needed some attention. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."

"From initial design meeting to project completion Thomas Custom Builders kept promises, delivered outstanding work on time and on budget and exceeded our expectations in every way. Their on site team did everything they could to keep the work place clean and tidy so as disrupt our home life as little as possible. "If you want to work with someone condescending, rude, confrontational, unprofessional, and whose contractors workmanship is probably the worst I have ever encountered in my 30 years of working with contractors, THIS IS YOUR GUY. I can ramble on about the false promises, the horrible workmanship, the constant delays, the lack of communication, the rude and confrontational text messages. I guarantee Mr. Shank will in fact respond to this review and try to flip the script and blame it all on me somehow. He talks very poorly about all his customers well at least the ones he doesn't like. Not sure what that is based on although I do have some idea what is based on. But he never made anything explicit, so I can't make accusations that he is a racist. So I am definitely not saying he is a racist because he didn't do anything racist. But if he was a racist it would explain why he didn't give two poops about doing good work for multiple projects I provided him. I also have multiple properties and was hoping to make Mr. Shank a lifelong contractor. In a nutshell, he has done 2 projects for me at 2 properties. One was installing a threshold for a glass enclosed shower stall. His crappy sub contractor (they are not employees) despite him saying they are employees, did not install any grouting on the threshold. Fast forward 1 year, and mold is popping up all around the threshold. Rather than dealing with this individual, I hired another contractor to fix up his mess. Second job, and my second mistake, I hired him for a full scale home renovation for around 50K. That project was an absolute disaster. He took 3 months to do what he promised to me verbally would be a 3 week job. I don't really want to spend 1 hour writing down all the crap he did wrong. I'll try so sum up the highlights. Ripped out old flooring, promised to make new flooring level after installing new concrete by using lasers. New flooring is totally not level and as bumpy as walking on your local trail. The shoe moldings around the flooring look like a child installed them. I had to argue with him to get him to regrout the bathroom which was in his contract in the first place. I can go on and on. For sure if you are someone that Mr. Shank likes and match his criteria of what he likes, whatever that could be I have no idea definitely not race related. He may do a great job for you and that may explain the great reviews. I myself had a horrible experience with Mr. Shank and his group of sub contractors who just plain do terrible work. Ignore my review or take it seriously, frankly this guy will keep getting business cause he's a great salesman. Even has a LinkedIN profile to show how professional he is. Epic scammer and fraud. Stay away."

"We just had the original kitchen in our 1968 house gutted and renewed by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). BLUF: We highly recommend you consider them in your due diligence efforts to find a reliable & quality K&B contractor. Good internet reviews were a significant factor in selecting potential bidders for the refurbishment of our kitchen and two full bathrooms; that’s why we are submitting this robust positive feedback. In fact we are putting our money where our mouth is by awarding the refurbishment of our two main bathrooms to Prime Custom. These two combined projects are more costly than the kitchen was. Our procurement strategy was to hold back the bathrooms until they proved themselves with the kitchen. They came through in spades. Our kitchen journey from planning, contracting, detailed design, execution and final delivery was by no means a cakewalk but Prime Custom was an outstanding partner and delivered a quality product. We trust them! Believe me, we were a bigger “PitA” than any customer under the sun but Prime Custom Prime was collectively patient, understanding, informative and most importantly tolerant of their sometimes-antsy interior design challenged clueless customer. Their team, including an involved owner, consisted of Filiz the designer (PC Vienna), Nick the PM (PC Arlington), and several company employed skilled tradesmen in all disciplines, including the après project cleaning crew that were “the Best”. Even with a professional and organized contractor team doing quality work, the vagaries of ripping out and replacing a kitchen is a taxing psychological rollercoaster. Despite a detailed Statement of Work (SoW), there were lots of moving parts with so many big and small decisions throughout the project. Prime Custom did a masterful job “herding cats”. The project was 95% complete in three weeks and we were able to reclaim our new beautifulyl retooled kitchen by the middle of the fourth week. We did our homework. We developed three pages of bulletized line items, one for each room in our SoW. After interviewing a dozen K&B contractors including onsite visits and receiving half a dozen bids on our very comprehensive SoW, we culled the list down to three potential providers. Prime Custom matched the low bid for the kitchen with one contractor and the two bathrooms of another. We decided to go with Prime Custom with the hope of their doing all three rooms after they proved their worth on the kitchen. Our strategy has worked so far. We will update our review after Prime Custom completes the two bathrooms. It pays to be anal in working on home improvement project contracting, no matter how painful."

"We have worked with Millennium on several projects for our older home. Refinishing a basement that was flooded, replacing cabinetry that had water damage, tiling a large kitchen backsplash, replacing doors, bathroom fans, sinks and building an elevated deck in our backyard. The crew has always been timely, clean and efficient. Dan has always worked with me to make good choices on materials with careful considerations of cost and quality. Their work is great, prices are reasonable and they have been willing to tackle some complicated projects in a non-standard home. I highly recommend them."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"Second time using Jose and his team for a home project. First time was a sunroom porch conversion, this time was a kitchen remodel. I really can’t thank Jose enough for all his and his team’s hard work. It’s rare to have such a positive experience with these kinds of projects, but Jose as always goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend him."

"I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."
