"I had contacted EVERY well driller in a 100 mile radius and Haynes was the final one on my list. No one had the experience to come put in a well on a mountain side. He did not even hesitate and to see the well truck in its spot to dig the well was incredible to say the least! He got water when other companies said it could not be done and he did not charge me an insane price. Professional, communication was great, and Dallas is simply amazing in his craft! I thought I would never have water but thanks to Haynes I can rest easy. Side note: Tory is just as amazing as Dallas is! Thank you for the great service!!"

"Bedford drilled a new well for me about a year and half ago, the only positives i can say is i do have water and the new lady in the office actually now answers the phone or responds to you. Its the craziest thing, the phone rings and she actually picks it up and talks to you. Its crazy. The first year you could only reach them by email or text, no one answered the phone. You left a voicemail and they would decide whether or not to call you. I've spent a year and half trying to get them to correct sloppy hookup work they left me with. I think the problem was with the prior office staff dropping the ball, but i shouldn't have pay for someone elses incompetence. Since week one I notified them of an issue and was completely ignored for months. At first they were busy on other jobs, told me they would have one of the guys call me which never happened. Then months later they told me for them to come correct the issue i had pay a service fee and open ended labor costs for something that has been ongoing since the install. Basically give them a blank check again, nope ive been down that road with them before. Service fees and labor fees should be charged for something that was beyond their control, not for sloppy workmanship. I had to spend months on a waiting list and ipaid almost $16k. The sad thing is both are probably simple fixes for them. Hire anyone else but them for the hookup, Catron, Sublette, Walkers, anyone else but Bedford for the hookup. Maybe the owner will respond to me directly when he reads this, not leave me dealing with an in-between person, honestly by now he should have called me personally. He has my number"
