Out of 9 companies I contacted over the weekend or on Monday morning, this is the only company who could get to my heat pump the same day. They arrived well before noon and resolved the problem quickly. The unit is now cooling better than before the leak occurred. American will be my first call in the future.

They do a really good job. They are very reliable and very honest. I have used them several times; I have an older home with an old system. I felt like I wasn’t overcharged and that they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
