Crew (Michael, Samuel, Antonio and Stacy) were very courteous and professional kept me informed as things progressed and what they needed to do. They kept me in loop the whole project. Took a few days longer to fix foundation, and they worked 10 - 12 hours per day. 2nd crew(Miguel, Tristan Samuel) that had to install sub flooring were also very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. If I had any concerns, I was able to contact owner directly."

This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future. The lights and painted ceiling looked great. They were very pleasant and yet professional in their attitude and work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"I was aware that my old heat pump was on its last legs. Installed in 2000 I was told to expect it to last about 10-12 years. The air handler/furnace dated back to the year the house was built, 1983. I had a problem with the heat pump running out of freon back in March of this year. At that time the Bakers tech warned that the unit was very likely to go soon. He charged me $300 for replacing the freon and said if the heat pump failed within six months, Bakers would apply the money toward a replacement. Sure enough it failed a few months later. The way the air handler was configured, the hot water heater had to be removed to replace the furnace. This unit was very old as well and Bakers was able to replace it with a new one with no charge for labor as the furnace replacement required the hot water heater to be removed anyway. They also gave me a 10% discount on the cost of the water heater and applied the $300 credit as promised. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, worked quickly, and cleaned up very thoroughly upon completing the work.
