I’m extremely impressed with the tankless water heater installation service I received from Hampton Roads Water Services. Communication with Jason was excellent throughout the process, which was especially important since I was coordinating everything while out of state. The project was completed quickly and efficiently, and the work area was left clean and tidy—no mess at all. Jason was honest and professional, taking the time to explain the pros and cons of the water heater options without pushing his own opinions. He made me feel confident and comfortable with my final decision. Overall, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend!

This wasn’t going to be an easy change out. I was going through my home warranty and the plumbing company they were using had to much work involved and their prices were way too high. So I found HRWS here and talked to Jason and he sounded like he knew what he was doing, I didn’t get any extra work and prices so I decided to go with them. The change out was quick and Jason was very professional, knew what he doing, got the job done . The work was done in a very good workman like manner. Definitely going to use their service again.

It has been a nightmare. Me and my husband are on SSI. we needed a water filtration. So we call and Tim came out to test the soil. Then Matt came out to give us a price of 14,000.00 The system has not worked since the day it was installed. They saw dummy written on our foreheads. So needless to say I have been calling the company and Matt is ignoring me of course and nobody knows how to get me out of this contract. It is a lemon. Any suggestions?

Jason came to my hoise and tested my water. We decided together what i needed. My water was very hard, but not that much iron or anything else to be concerned about. He spent a lot of time with me and explained what they offered. Today another Jason came and installed what i ordered which is a soft water system and a water filter in the kitchen for drinking water. Great job and super water. Both Jason's are fine gentlemen who know their jobs well.

Water Softener works Great. My hardness dropped from a 15 to a 2. I am leaving a 5 star review, but would of been nice to get some education on how to use the softener and what the numbers mean on the unit that are flashing. It would also be nice for someone to reach out a day or two after install, to make sure all is well. Having been in management for 35 years and owning 3 businesses, I found that satisfaction rate skyrocketed. overall I would recommend this company, just make sure your educated on what your getting and what is does and how it works and what numbers mean.
