I felt completely comfortable having them in my home, and they took their time to make sure everything was done right. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

My oriental rug looks like it came out of the store. Due to our pets we had some tough stains but with superior fabric cleaners, non of the stains survived. "My experience with Classic Granite and Marble was great! The consultants (Jess and Alexia) were helpful (and patient) in helping me with my selections and with their communications. The template maker was very helpful with his suggestions. The installers did a great job and were careful of surrounding areas and did a good job with clean up. The showroom is great in that you can see many stones and finishes. CGM did what they said they would do, on time, and for the price quoted. I love my new countertops and highly recommend CGM!"
