"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"We decided to give our old cabinets a facelift that included new countertops. The team at Classic Granite & Mable made it so easy and stress free. It started with precision measurements. Brandon was our templates. He identified areas of concern and helped us to navigate around them. When installation day came around, a team of three installers: Reynol, Francisco and Wilbur were so fast I could hardly believe it. They took exceptional care to safeguard our home; covering our flooring and made sure everything was clean before leaving. All of the was coordinated by our project manager, Heather. Heather answered all our questions and concerns, reassuring us every step of the way. Thank you for your patience! In the end, we absolutely love our new quartz countertops! They are beautiful and CGM did a fantastic job!!"

"We needed to have our carpets cleaned and all our furniture put back in place. Angelo & Marty worked with us and the 2 man crew did an excellent job. The carpets feel brand new and so soft to walk on. We have a modular home and they were able to chem dry them - no water necessary. They even checked up later that day to make sure we were totally satisfied. They even said that if we were not satisfied to just call them. Most companies just get the money and you never hear back from them. Not GROUT & CARPET WIZARDS. I would recommend them 100%."
