"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

They took exceptional care to safeguard our home; covering our flooring and made sure everything was clean before leaving. All of the was coordinated by our project manager, Heather. "They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"

There was some minor damage done to a fresh paint job on the stair railing, which was initially upsetting, but once it was brought to management's attention they were very responsive and offered to reimburse me for the cost of the repairs. Otherwise, the quality of the work was very good."
