"Very well in all respects. Easy to contact and set up appointments for two recent visits. Crew arrived promptly both times. First job was for cleaning carpets (3 rooms, plus stairs). Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. We had to change our date and time several times due to closing date and time changing on us with purchasing our house. Delmaris was very understanding and went out of their way to fit us in at the last minute so that we could get the carpets cleaned before the movers came. The carpet was badly stained in some areas and the previous owners had cats so they had a tough job.
