"We had a wonderful experience working with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB) from start to finish on our home addition. We added a master bed and bath, unfinished basement, and screened in porch. First and foremost, we went with TCB for this renovation because we felt like they provided high quality services at a competitive price. We felt very comfortable undertaking a big project like this with TCB because unlike some of the other builders and architects we met, TCB listened to our ideas and concerns and helped us to visualize exactly what we need in a renovation and within our budget. They worked with us patiently through changes in ideas and scale of the project. Then throughout the actual renovation, the TCB staff were amazing. Brian was onsite the entire time, overseeing every aspect of the project, with absolutely no issues. It was great to have the same person there every day and it was very clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and what we wanted/needed. Work was always done within a reasonable time frame and with high quality. The TCB team finished everything within 3 months, which was even faster than we had even anticipated.
