Studio 76 completed my entire home remodeling for single-family home I bought in as-is condition. Home was in 1970 condition and nothing was updated over the years. I got help in deciding each item and vendors suggested by them had a very good variety of produces at a decent price. This project was very pleasant experience and I am very impressed with quality work performed by them. I definitely recommend them for any kind of project as they have capability and tools to complete any tasks.

Studio 76 remodeled my condo with creativity and attention to detail. The design that Mr. Penati came up with to redesign the interior of the condo made a remarkable improvement to the layout. The attention to detail and workmanship of his staff are exemplary. His staff are very professional and do an thorough job. Making design choices is a fun process but it can also be stressful, especially when you and your partner have to come up with a single decision. Mr Penati provided his expert guidance to inform our design choices so that we could make the place feel like ours while still being attractive to increase resale value. I recommend Studio 76 whole-heartedly.

Studio76 crew was a pleasure to work with. We bought a condo that was structurally fine but looked quite run-down. The layout made it look more like a hotel room than a home, the cabinets were old and tired, appliances were on their last leg, walls desperately needed painting etc. The condo also had hardwood floors, which looked good, but were a violation of condo policy. 

Nate was so much more than a general contractor. He re-designed the entire layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms. The redesign moved the sink into the bathroom (it was previously outside) and gave us a full walk-in closet. His crew retiled the bathrooms and the tub area, put in new fixtures and also corrected the bathroom vent fan design so that it worked. Studio76 refinished the kitchen cabinets and changed out all the appliances. He also remodeled the cabinet design so that the kitchen now has a bigger fridge. All the hardwood is now covered with very good quality carpet. I was very impressed by the discounts he got us through his suppliers for the tiles, bathroom fixtures, appliances and carpet. Studio76 has an awesome network of suppliers that provide quality products for an unbeatable price. I got quotes from some other remodelers for the carpet, appliances etc but none were able to beat Studio76. Preeti has an impeccable sense for interior design and made our condo look like a model home. 

Finally, I must comment on the timeliness. We have Nate the almost impossible task of having the entire remodel done in 3 weeks - the time we had between closing on the condo and the expiry of our rental agreement. Surprisingly, his crew had it all done, cleaned up and ready for us to move in 4-5 days ahead of schedule. Nate's crew is very courteous and responsive, even as we made changes and additions after they started the work. I will sum up by saying Nate and Preeti took on this project as if it were their own home and gave us a home that looked way better than we imagined it would be.

The project got designed and completed on time, quality and budget. The quote was very reasonable.. The contractor was proficient enough to do an efficient design and got permit approvals.. Professional folks... All promised items were done. I would certainly recommend to folks who are looking for general remodelling particularly that requires design work.

After searching and looking at several Architect’s on various web sites, one in particular appeared to be best and easy to work with which is Studio 76. Studio 76 has most of what we were looking for. Nate responded to my request and explained whole nine yards from the beginning to the end, and he kept his word and time lines. He coordinated all my questions and requests for how much it would cost to make various changes. It was really a pleasure to work with Nate and Preethi. They have made it so easy with their unlimited ideas and options. I have done couple of projects but life was a nightmare with other contractors. He is an awesome guy with tons of smart and economical ideas.I am very lucky to have Nate and Preethi to have been connected with .. Blessed to have met Nate and Preethi for Architectural Designs and construction process, without them my project would not have gone smooth . High quality craftsmanship, Professional crew, on time and under budget

We just remodeled our home and added about 700 sq ft. in two levels. We added a new kitchen, breakfast area and a basement. Studio76 is a design and build firm that builds custom homes. Before we signed a contract, we visited one of their new homes and were happy with the quality of the construction. We worked with Nate, the architect/owner, from start to finish. During the design phase he was very flexible and worked with us in coming up with a design that met our requirements. The project included a new kitchen/breakfast area, bathroom, electrical panel, HVAC, basement and demolishing the old kitchen into a formal dining area; almost like a new home. You would not notice the difference between the new addition and the original structure. It fit seamlessly with the existing home.

During the construction phase, Nate and his manager were always available and were prompt in responding to any questions. The crew was efficient, and careful as we were living in the home during construction. They took protective measures to minimize the noise and dust.
